As part of NCGS Warehouse Management of all WFP warehouses in Yemen, WFP requested from NCGS to fully assume the management of all warehouses within 1 week of contract signature.
There were several factors making the handover process very challenging including:
Most importantly, all the above had to happen within a very limited timeframe and WITHOUT disrupting ongoing warehouse operations
While taking the above challenges into consideration, NCGS was able to take the following actions:
Using its field expertise and strong resources, NCGS was successful in addressing all challenges and completing the full management handover of all WFP warehouses in less than 9 days without disrupting existing warehousing operations.
