Service Overview

Due to the instability of the security situation in Yemen, many International Organizations, especially humanitarian aid organizations, face a great challenge when trying to balance between maintaining its local presence for supervising and managing its local operations and ensuring a safe work environment for their employees. In many cases, international organizations are forced to halt or significantly reduce its local operations in Yemen during high risk security situations/locations due to its inability to deploy its own staff for security and safety reasons.

To address these challenges, NCGS's offers international organizations the option to outsource its local operational supervision and management to NCGS through the Logistics Management service where NCGS will be responsible for executing all supervision and management duties and responsibilities for the organization's local operations on behalf of the customer. Accordingly, International Organizations will be able to maintain its local operational capacity without the need to deploy/keep its staff in Yemen.
